Job Overview
This is a two week holiday cover for our clients in Boldon Business Park. The dates are 17/19/21/24/26/28th August. Four hours per day, 12 hours per week and total of 24 hours for the two weeks.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial facilities according to established standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all designated areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts.
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
