We specialise in professional repairs for mobile phones, tablets, laptops and gaming consoles. We are looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team in Hertford. The Role You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customers' devices to a high professional standard. Key responsibilities: iPhone and Samsung screen replacements Battery replacements Charging port and connector repairs Camera and other component replacements Diagnosing hardware and software faults iPad and tablet repairs Testing devices after repairs Providing excellent customer service Keeping the repair workstation clean and organised Requirements Previous experience in mobile phone repairs Good knowledge of iPhone and Samsung devices Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently Good attention to detail Reliable, honest and punctual Good customer service and communication skills Experience with motherboard repairs, microsoldering, laptops or gaming consoles is an advantage.
