Private Associate Dentist
Thornhill Dental – Thornhill, West Yorkshire
Part-time | 2–3 days per week
Pay: 45–50% fee split, depending on gross income and any additional areas of expertise
The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Private Associate Dentist to join Team TD and take over an established, well-cared-for private patient list.
Thornhill Dental is a busy, independent and family-run practice, conveniently located between Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield. We have a large, stable and loyal patient base comprising both Practice Plan and pay-as-you-go patients, alongside a healthy and consistent flow of new private patients joining the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for strong earning potential, clinical freedom and the support of an experienced, friendly team.
Working pattern
The position is available for 2–3 days per week and must include:
- Tuesday afternoon and evening
- Alternate Saturday mornings when the practice is open
Fridays would be ideal, with any additional sessions open to discussion.

About you
Ideally, you will have at least three years’ experience providing private dental care and be able to demonstrate consistently high clinical standards.
We’d particularly like to hear from clinicians with an additional area of interest, such as:
- Aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry
- Composite bonding
- Aligner treatment
- Endodontics
- Dental implants
Applicants must be GDC registered and hold appropriate professional indemnity.
