Audi are recruiting for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the Digital Transformation Manager or Digital Manager, this role will be based at Blakelands, Milton Keynes.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising the brand website and digital tools, improving the customer journey and helping to drive website performance and value generation. You will manage a programme of activity focused on conversion rate optimisation, using digital analytics, customer insight and testing tools to turn data into meaningful recommendations and website improvements.
What you will be doing:
- Own conversion rate metrics across the platform, monitoring performance and ensuring KPIs are achieved, including form conversion rates and lead generation.
- Carry out in-depth analysis of products, promotions, landing pages and user journeys to identify optimisation opportunities and provide actionable insight.
- Analyse site usage data, customer research, usability studies and digital trends to recommend improvements to customer experience and website performance.
- Work closely with the Digital Managers, wider marketing team and business stakeholders to review performance and drive actions that improve digital KPIs.
- Track and interpret user behaviour using tools and data sets from Adobe Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities to drive website optimisation.
- Own the testing process, from scoping requirements and technical specifications through to tagging, A/B test execution, performance analysis and recommendations.
- Lead a team of experts at our Digital agency to plan and prioritise the testing and insights backlog.
- Communicate Digital performance, test plan and insights to business stakeholders.
- Work in close partnership with AUDI AG and other key markets, proactively sharing best practice and provide coaching on CRO.
- Work within relevant legal, audit and brand processes, helping to capture and embed revised ways of working where new sales channels or transformation projects are introduced.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Experience in optimisation, digital analytics or data and insights, ideally with experience using digital insight and web analytics to define digital strategy.
- Expert use of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience of wider insight and testing tools such as Content Square or Adobe Target is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret research, business data and website performance to identify practical opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail, even when working with high volumes of content, data, updates and change.
- Confidence working with agencies and internal stakeholders, building strong and effective relationships across multiple teams.
- Strong creative judgement and a commercially aware, results-orientated approach.
- Highly organised, with the flexibility to manage and prioritise several projects at the same time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gain commitment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
- An interest in the latest technology developments and how they can support a continuously improving customer experience.
