TIG Welder
Robertson Recruitment are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis.
Working hours: 6:00am–2:00pm. Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will produce high-quality welded components while working accurately from engineering drawings and meeting required production and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- TIG welding of fabricated metal components
- Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Preparing, assembling and finishing components
- Inspecting completed welds to maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Working with the wider production team to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Previous TIG welding experience
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A reliable and punctual approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within a manufacturing or sheet-metal environment would be advantageous
