Overview
We are looking for a capable and organised Soft Play Manager to oversee the daily running of our facility. This role involves managing operations, ensuring safety and compliance, leading staff, and maintaining a positive experience for families. Previous management experience in a similar environment is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, bookings, and events
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Ensure all health & safety, fire, safeguarding, and food hygiene regulations are met
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain incident records
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, rotas, and performance
* Manage budgets, stock, cash handling, and basic reporting
* Ensure equipment is checked, maintained, and compliant
* Support business growth, including parties and events
Requirements
* 1-3+ years management experience (leisure, childcare, hospitality, or similar)
* Strong organisation, leadership, and customer service skills
* Good understanding of health & safety and safeguarding
* Willingness to work weekends and school holidays
Preferred
* Relevant Level 3 qualification
* Health & Safety certification (e.g. IOSH)
* First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training
* Enhanced DBS check

Full-time (40–45 hours per week)

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
