Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our Croydon based team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of non destructive entry techniques, be able to demonstrate a high level of lock carpentry and prove exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems for homes and businesses.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct security assessments to recommend appropriate locking solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Locksmith
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- A valid, clean driving licence
