Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our residents while helping to create a warm, homely environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing all aspects of personal care and daily support
- Assisting residents with everyday activities
- Treating residents as valued guests in their home
- Light domestic and laundry duties
- Preparing hot drinks and serving refreshments
- Assisting with feeding residents where required
Requirements
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- Day shifts 8am-8pm also Twilight hours 5pm-10pm available
