Whether you’re leading a busy service or developing exciting new dishes, you’ll be a key part of what makes The White Hart special.
Your Role
- Help lead the kitchen team, managing day-to-day operations smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare and cook consistently high-quality dishes in line with our menu and standards
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—developing new recipes and seasonal specials
- Ensure the kitchen maintains the highest hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Mentor and train junior team members, supporting their growth and development
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Address and resolve customer feedback professionally and positively
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of professional culinary experience, with a strong track record in busy kitchens
- A solid grasp of modern culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to consistency
- Calm and efficient under pressure, with a positive can-do attitude
- A genuine love for food and a desire to grow within a friendly, forward-thinking team.
