Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation activities, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers.
- Support excavation tasks by guiding machinery operators and ensuring proper trenching and backfilling procedures.
- Help with the installation of basic infrastructure components such as fencing, signage, and temporary structures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of the worksite to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Carry out manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to execute assigned tasks efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and a proactive approach to hazard awareness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on project needs.
