Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising work surfaces
- Support the team in serving food to customers, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff members
- Assist with stock control, including receiving deliveries and storing ingredients appropriately
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
