Carbonite Clean is currently looking to recruit a full-time Senior Cleaner / Junior Supervisor
This is a mobile role working across multiple client sites predominantly in West and North London. The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial cleaner with exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment and safe working practices.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive and professional approach to managing people and maintaining high service standards. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing performance issues, coaching and supporting cleaning operatives, and implementing improvements to ensure our clients consistently receive an outstanding level of service.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, works well independently and leads by example. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, dependable and eager to develop their career, with the potential to progress into a more senior supervisory or management position as Carbonite Clean continues to grow.
As part of this hands-on role, you will also be expected to work alongside our cleaning teams where required, providing operational support across our client portfolio. This will include assisting with holiday and sickness cover, supporting busy sites, carrying out quality improvement cleans and ensuring our high standards are consistently maintained.
This is a flexible role with working hours determined by operational requirements. While the majority of shifts will be worked during the afternoon and evening, you will also be required to work early mornings or late evenings as needed to support client requirements, holiday and sickness cover, new contract mobilisations and specialist cleaning projects.
You will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems independently and represent Carbonite Clean professionally when dealing with clients. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a supervisory position.
