A well established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE to manage a varied and high quality caseload, working within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities

Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Advise clients on mental capacity matters

Handle Court of Protection work

Deal with probate and estate administration

Advise on trusts and tax planning

Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Provide clear, practical and high quality legal advice
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE in Private Client

Strong technical knowledge across private client matters

Excellent client care and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proactive approach to managing a caseload

Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
