About the Role
Rune Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable Multi-Trader / Working Foreman to take charge ofour residential renovations, structural alterations, and full bathroom and kitchen overhauls across Hastings and South of England.
You’ll be leading sites from start to finish managing quality control, coordinating subbies, and delivering top tier workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and executing full residential refits (bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, structural changes, and joinery).
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized site operations.
- Working to project timelines, drawings, and scope-of-work specifications.
- Interacting professionally with clients, building control, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Trade Experience: Skilled multi-trader background (carpentry, general building, basic plumbing, and site prep).
- Tools: Full kit of own cordless power tools and hand tools required.
- Driving License: Clean UK driving license (company van supplied for the right candidate).
- Employment Status: CIS registered / self-employed.
- Track Record: Proof of quality work (photos/portfolio) and contactable references required.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and high attention to detail.
