Overview
We are currently recruiting care workers who drive and have access to their own vehicle. This role involves delivering home care support to clients throughout the Medway area, assisting with day-to-day tasks, personal care, companionship, and more.
Flexible Hours from 7am - 10pm
Weekday & Weekends shifts available
Due to the nature of personal care and client preferences, this role is open to female applicants only.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with medication, meal preparation, and mobility
- Carry out domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Build trusting, professional relationships with clients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
- Drive between client homes across the Medway area
Requirements
- Female applicants only
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A caring, compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Previous care experience (home care, domiciliary, or similar)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work toward it)
