4 Star, Award winning 69-bedroom hotel together with 2 banqueting suites catering for around 350 weddings and events per year, all within the grounds of 15 acres of gardens. The hotel has several restaurants including the Orangery Restaurant and Bar for more informal dining.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring that our spaces reflect our values of quality and care.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and common areas
- Ensure all rooms are prepared for guests use
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Uphold safety standards in all cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices is preferred
- Strong communication skills
