Zen Educate is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers for various roles across partnership schools in Cardiff. Recognising that flexibility is key, we have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available to fit your lifestyle and career goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS or be on track to achieve it by the start date.
- EWC Registration: Registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Passion for Learning: Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment that inspires young minds.
- Curriculum Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Curriculum for Wales.
- Adaptability: Strong classroom management skills with the ability to cater to diverse learning needs.
NQTs Welcome: We pride ourselves on nurturing new talent. Our schools offer robust mentorship programs, designated PPA time, and experienced induction mentors to ensure you thrive in your first years of teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of the children.
- Assess, track, and report on the development and progress of pupils.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom culture aligned with the school's values.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support student well-being.
