The role
We are a growing business based in Hanworth and are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Furniture Sprayer to join our friendly team.
You will be responsible for preparing and spraying wooden panels, maintaining consistently high standards and helping work move efficiently through the department.
This position could suit an experienced sprayer looking to work with a more focused range of finishes. We would also be pleased to hear from someone with practical spraying experience who is keen to develop their skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and spraying wooden panels with water-based primer
- Completing preparation work, including filling and sanding
- Checking finished work and maintaining high quality standards
- Organising your workload to meet daily production deadlines
- Monitoring materials and stock levels
- Cleaning and maintaining the spray booth, spray system and other equipment
- Keeping the department clean, tidy and safe
- Supporting colleagues and assisting in other departments when required
All necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.

- Salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience

Working hours and location
This is a full-time, fully site-based position in Hanworth. Due to the practical nature of the role, remote working is not available.
You will work eight hours per day, Monday to Friday, usually from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Alternative start and finish times may be considered by prior agreement, but the full eight-hour working day must be completed.
Overtime may be required and is paid at time-and-a-half.
