Total Sports delivers exciting, energetic and engaging holiday camps for children during each school holiday. Our award-winning programmes include multi-sport activities, football camps, arts & crafts, team challenges and adventure games through our popular Total Energy programme.
We are now recruiting Holiday Club Managers for Summer 2026 and are looking for enthusiastic, organised and energetic individuals to lead our camps across the region.
The Role
As a Holiday Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of our holiday camp venues. You will lead a team of coaches and ensure children have a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience every day.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front — getting involved in activities, supporting staff and creating a positive environment for children, parents and your coaching team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting a team of coaches
- Organising daily timetables and activities
- Meeting and greeting parents/carers
- Ensuring safeguarding and operational procedures are followed
- Delivering sports, games and enrichment activities
- Creating a fun, safe and inclusive camp environment
- Working closely with head office staff
Who We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates with experience in:
- Sports coaching
- Education
- Childcare
- Holiday camps
- Youth work
This role could suit:
- Sports or education students
- Teachers, TAs or HLTAs
- Sports coaches
- Camp leaders
- Anyone experienced in working with children in an active setting
Essential:
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Ability to lead a team and manage groups of children
Desirable:
- Coaching or teaching qualifications
- Previous holiday camp experience
- Experience managing groups of 30+ children
An Enhanced DBS is required (support can be provided if needed).
