Property Management Administrator
Location: Redhill & Caterham (split between both offices)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus every other Saturday, 9:00am – 3:30pm (with time off in lieu where applicable).

About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Property Management Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.
This is a varied role supporting our Property Management department across our Redhill and Caterham offices. The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential lettings or property management, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and excellent administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Managing property compliance, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Monitoring and arranging:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm compliance.
- Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors via telephone and email.
- Logging and progressing maintenance issues.
- Booking contractors and monitoring works through to completion.
- Assisting with tenancy renewals and rent reviews.
- Preparing property management documentation.
- Ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
- Supporting the team with general office administration.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management.
- Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and current legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
