Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience with data entry and clerical duties. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate internal meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and organising office supplies.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping as required.
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an office environment supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Pay: £35,000.00-£36,500.00 per year
