Job Title: SMART Repair Technician
Location: Hanley
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMART Repair Technician to join Holdcroft Motor Group in Hanley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and delivering exceptional workmanship.
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of cosmetic and body repairs, ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest manufacturer and company standards.
Carry out SMART repairs to manufacturer standards
Strip and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
Complete panel repairs on damaged vehicles
Prepare vehicles for paintwork
Paint and polish repaired panels to a high-quality finish
Carry out alloy wheel refurbishments
Inspect completed work to ensure excellent quality and finish
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed on time
Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician
Experience stripping and refitting vehicle components
Skilled in panel repairs, vehicle preparation, painting and polishing
Experience carrying out SMART repairs and alloy wheel refurbishments
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Full UK driving licence
