Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible of all carpentry and joinery tasks, including 1st and 2nd fix work, maintenance, repairs and installations to new and existing builds.
Duties
- 1st fix and 2nd fix.
- Install and fitting of kitchen units.
- Install and repair internal woodwork, including flooring, doors, windows, skirting boards and architraves.
- Perform general carpentry repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and project standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the job process.
Requirements
- Proven experience with carpentry or related trades is highly preferred.
- Competency in carpentry, joinery and other general maintenance tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Prior experience working on both interior and exterior wood works preferred. This role provides an engaging environment for tradespeople looking to utilise their skills in a dynamic construction setting, while contributing to high quality building projects.
Wage dependant on experience.
Pay: £15.50-£19.00 per hour
