The Role
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on, face-to-face support to the people at our client, Lee Marley. You will be a visible IT presence across their sites, helping users who regularly walk up with issues and questions, so confidence, professionalism, and a friendly approach matter.
This role gets you out and about. Lee Marley operate across more than 10 sites around the London area. Their head office is at Notting Hill, London W8 7SY, but you will travel between sites to support users in person – so a full UK driving licence and your own car are essential.
While you are onsite most of the time, you will be fully supported by a wider, experienced engineering team at our Shenfield office, who provide escalation, technical depth, and backup support – you will never be on your own.
This is a junior role, but not an entry-level one. We are looking for someone with at least a year of practical IT support experience who can operate effectively and take ownership from day one.

About Lee Marley
Founded in 1997, Lee Marley has grown into one of the UK's leading integrated masonry subcontractors, delivering brickwork, stonework, scaffolding and façade systems on large-scale residential, commercial and public sector projects. Their work sits behind some genuinely landmark developments, and they have been named Specialist Brickwork Contractor of the Year more than once.
They are a people-first business with a serious commitment to training and bringing new talent into the industry – running their own apprenticeship academy and development pathways. It is a busy, practical, fast-moving environment where good IT support makes a visible difference to people getting their job done.

- Travel between Lee Marley's sites around the London area to support users in person.
- Work closely with the Shenfield-based engineering team for escalations and more complex issues.
- Represent 3Gi professionally at client site.
About You
- At least a year of hands-on experience in a client-facing IT support or service desk role.

- Able to work independently while working as part of a wider team.
- A genuine passion for technology and a drive to keep learning.
You don't have to tick every box – we care just as much about aptitude and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper. That said, for this particular role you will need at least a year of practical IT support experience, a full UK driving licence, and your own car.
