What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the centre of our customer engagement activities, helping to build lasting relationships between our clients and their customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and responding to enquiries
- Providing information about products, services and current campaigns
- Listening to customer needs and offering helpful solutions
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
- Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness campaigns
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
- Representing client brands with professionalism and confidence
