Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels and networking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales deals efficiently
- Present products and services persuasively to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to finalising contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company’s offerings and expand professional networks
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software and MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organise multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Valid driving licence is desirable for travel purposes
