Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Moves & Changes Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex relocation and modification projects within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring seamless transitions, minimizing disruptions, and delivering projects on time and within scope. As a Moves & Changes Project Manager, you will drive planning, execution, and communication efforts across multiple teams, ensuring all logistical and technical requirements are met with precision. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in managing multiple moving parts efficiently, fostering a smooth transition process that supports our operational excellence.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans for relocations and space modifications, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as facilities, IT, security, and operations to ensure all aspects of moves and changes are aligned.
- Utilize Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to schedule tasks, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively.
- Oversee the preparation of site layouts using Civil 3D or equivalent design software to facilitate efficient space utilization.
- Manage logistics for moving equipment, furniture, and infrastructure components while minimizing operational downtime.
- Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management within facilities or infrastructure environments.
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for site planning and layout design is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and adapt plans as needed to meet deadlines.
