We’re looking for a commercially minded Account Director/Brand Partner to take a leading role within our growing client portfolio. This is a great position for a strategic thinker who can drive growth and retention across a portfolio of accounts, raise the standard of our output, and play an active role in new business.
In this role, the success and growth of the clients will rest with you. You'll lead omni-channel accounts end to end, from budgets and commercials through to creative and strategic delivery, while developing the talent around you and ensuring cross-channel collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, client relations, and commerce; a confident marketeer who brings energy, accountability and a genuine passion for digital to everything they do.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Growth & Retention
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, owning the client relationship at Brand Partner level and building long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Take full ownership of client retention, proactively spotting risks and addressing them before they escalate.
- Identify and convert opportunities for account growth, upsell and cross-sell across the existing client portfolio.
- Build growth roadmaps for your accounts that map client ambitions to CEEK's service offering over time.
- Track and report on key account metrics, both internally and to clients, articulating the value of our work clearly and confidently.
Commercial & Budget Management
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the commercial health of your accounts, managing scopes, budgets and profitability.
- Maintain strong commercial acumen across forecasting, resourcing and growth potential.
- Negotiate partnership and influencer agreements, managing commercial terms, deliverables and timelines with precision.
Delivery, Standards & Project Management
- Lead strategic planning and omni-channel account development across social, content, paid and digital channels.
- Oversee smooth campaign delivery in close collaboration with Heads of Department and cross-functional delivery teams (social, performance, strategy, content).
- Set and hold the standard for output quality, client communication and attention to detail across your accounts.
- Champion the client's business objectives internally, ensuring all output is aligned to their goals and delivers measurable impact.
Partnerships, Influencers & Suppliers
- Identify, develop and manage strategic brand partnerships that amplify client campaigns and deliver incremental value.
- Support the development and ownership of our network of influencer and creator talent.
- Oversee supplier relationships including production partners, platform vendors and third-party agencies, ensuring quality, value and alignment with client objectives.
- Evaluate partnership and influencer performance using data-driven insights, continuously optimising to maximise ROI.
- Ensure all partnership and influencer activity is compliant with relevant advertising standards and platform guidelines.
Team Mentoring
- Mentor and develop more junior team members, supporting their growth and career progression.
- Work closely with Heads of Department to align on priorities, resources and quality standards across accounts.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that drives accountability while creating space for creativity and learning.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for client communication, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
New Business & Commercial Growth
- Play an active role in new business pitches and proposals, contributing strategic thinking and account leadership expertise.
- Support the wider agency in developing its strategic proposition and refining how we approach omni-channel planning.
- Contribute to senior strategic conversations, bringing a point of view on platform trends, audience behaviour and evolving best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client leadership within a digital, social or creative agency environment.
- A proven track record of managing high-value, complex accounts and delivering strong commercial and growth results.
- Demonstrated experience growing accounts through upsell, cross-sell and long-term client roadmaps, not just retaining them.
- Deep knowledge of omni-channel digital strategy, including social media, content and performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, confident leading senior client conversations and pitching to new business prospects.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, with a genuine commitment to people growth.
- A commercially-driven mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking, able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
- A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across clients, colleagues and partners alike.
- Passion for digital; someone who stays ahead of platform updates, cultural trends and industry developments.
- Experience supporting or leading new business pitches and proposals is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with paid social, SEO and performance marketing is a strong bonus.
