Our Junior Sous Chef,
- 50 k
- Contracted 48 hours week (3 doubles, 2 singles, 2 days off) .
- Meals on duty.
- 28 days holiday entitlement .

- Great under pressure.

- Able to show a great cooperation with the front of house.
- Loves Teamwork.
- Knowledge of health and safety.
- Able to cover all the section when needed.
- Have a strong grasp of stock control, budgets and scheduling.
