The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, solving problems, and working closely with people to design solutions that make a real difference.
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with experienced consultants and directly supporting our clients. You’ll play a key role in understanding business needs, improving processes, and shaping solutions that help organisations work smarter.
You don’t need years of experience. What matters is your curiosity, your ability to communicate clearly, and your enthusiasm for learning how technology supports business processes.
Please note: Candidates must be based in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.
What you’ll do
- Work with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Support workshops, discussions, and discovery sessions to gather information.
- Translate business needs into clear, practical requirements and solution ideas.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions (including flows, objects, fields, and reports) to support agreed requirements and help improve processes to increase efficiency and usability.
- Create clear documentation to support solutions and ensure shared understanding.
- Assist with testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and work as expected.
- Contribute to a service driven culture where client satisfaction is at the heart of every solution.
What we are ideally looking for
- A strong interest in understanding how businesses work and improving processes.
- A passion for solving problems and helping people work more effectively.
- Previous experience in customer facing, administrative, or support roles.
- Clear, friendly communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
- A genuine interest in technology and business systems, with strong attention to detail.
