Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and floor care to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping work or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
