Feat4 Belfast is looking for a full-time Barista / Café Assistant to join our opening team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s newest premium padel club brands from day one and help shape the café experience within our flagship Belfast club.
At Feat4, the café is a key part of the overall club experience. It is where members meet before matches, recover afterwards, catch up with friends, work remotely, socialise and spend time within the club community.
We are looking for someone who can deliver great coffee, warm customer service and consistent standards in a busy premium sports club environment.
You will work alongside the Café Manager, Kitchen Team and wider club team to help deliver high-quality drinks, efficient service and a welcoming café experience throughout the day.
The Role
Your day will include:
- Preparing coffee, smoothies and café drinks to a consistently high standard
- Taking customer orders and operating tills efficiently during service
- Delivering friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Supporting food preparation and café operations where required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the café, coffee bar and service areas
- Restocking ingredients, supplies and service areas throughout shifts
- Supporting day-to-day café procedures
- Working efficiently during busy club periods, events, tournaments and peak service times
- Helping maintain an energetic, welcoming and well-presented café environment
- Supporting the wider Feat4 team wherever required
Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and consistency is fundamental to this role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about coffee, hospitality and customer experience
- Experienced in cafés, coffee shops, hospitality or customer-facing environments
- Calm and organised during busy service periods
- Reliable, proactive and hard-working
- Comfortable working across different areas of café operations
- Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn, develop and grow with the business
Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong hospitality candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
