At Care Management Solutions, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated residential childcare team. Every night, you'll help create a safe, secure, and reassuring environment for children and young people, giving them the stability they need to thrive.

Your Role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll ensure the home remains safe, calm, and supportive throughout the night. You'll be there to provide reassurance when it's needed most, complete essential tasks, and be ready to respond to any situations that arise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing overnight supervision and support for children and young people.
- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
- Responding calmly and professionally to any overnight incidents.
- Completing nightly welfare checks and accurate records.
- Supporting with household duties to ensure the home is ready for the day ahead.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure continuity of care.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced in residential childcare or a similar care setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (preferred).
- Calm, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on young lives.
