Drayton Motors is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Business Manager to join our successful Scunthorpe Vauxhall dealership.

Motor trade experience is essential.
The Role
As Business Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising finance and value-added product performance while ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent and enjoyable buying experience.
Working closely alongside the Sales Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the sales department, helping drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. You'll also provide leadership and support by covering the Sales Manager's responsibilities during annual leave and days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise finance penetration and value-added product sales.
- Achieve an average of 2 value-added products per retail sale.
- Structure profitable, compliant vehicle deals.
- Ensure all finance documentation and administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain outstanding deal quality and FCA compliance.
- Support and coach the sales team to maximise every customer opportunity.
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily performance, reporting and department standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Support the day-to-day leadership of the showroom and deputise for the Sales Manager when required.
