We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated childcare professional to join our team for our Breakfast Club at The Bridge SE10, based in East Greenwich/Westcombe Park area. Basecamp Childcare focuses on empowering children, especially those with SEND, through a safe and responsive environment. We partner with families and local services to meet each child's needs with care and creativity. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children, and supporting families. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for play, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of SEND.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care are essential qualities for this role.
- Paediatric First Aid desirable but will be provided if the successful candidate requires it
- Enhanced DBS will be carried out before work commences.
- Driving license and car desirable but not essential.
Additional training in safeguarding, food hygiene, and first aid will be provided.
