We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Cook to join the team at The Bulkeley Hotel in Beaumaris.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, enjoys cooking and can support our existing kitchen team during busy periods and provide additional cover for holidays.
This could be a great opportunity for someone with previous kitchen, café, pub or catering experience who is looking for flexible, part-time work within a busy hotel environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking
- Preparing and cooking dishes in line with the hotel’s menus and standards
- Providing additional support during busy services
- Covering additional shifts during team holidays and periods of absence
- Ensuring food is prepared and served safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Following food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures
- Assisting with stock rotation and food storage
- Working alongside the wider kitchen and front of house teams
What We’re Looking For
- Some previous experience of cooking or working within a kitchen environment would be beneficial
- Someone comfortable preparing and cooking food
- Reliable and willing to help during busy periods
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A positive, flexible and team focused attitude
- Availability to provide additional holiday cover when required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on business needs
