In this role, you’ll manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising the firm’s clients on matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts.

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Petersfield that is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor as part of the continued development of its Private Client department.
You’ll handle your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues, with the opportunity to deal with a broad mix of matters and build your expertise further.
The Role
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Advising and supporting clients through often sensitive matters
