Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a Wellbeing (Activities) Co-ordinator to join us.
We’re a friendly community set within 45 acres of stunning grounds and we welcome applications from those who share our values and wish to be part of something special - helping our residents live their lives to the full.
The Opportunity:
Permanent contract
12-18 hours per week across 2 or 3 days per week
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota but mostly weekends
£13.44 per hour
Working as part of the wider Middleton Hall Health & Wellbeing Team
The Role:
- Plan, create and deliver a varied timetable of fun, safe, stimulating and meaningful activities across all care services - for residents to partake in and enjoy either on 1-1 or group basis.
- Encourage socialisation through getting to know our residents
- Personalising activities to the needs of each person, ensuring all abilities are considered.
- Prepare all resources – considering materials, cost & time
- Research and develop new ideas to structure a diary of seasonal events and activities.
- Promote independence, choice and dignity.
- Engage with the wider Middleton Hall teams
- Enable every resident to “Live Well” at Middleton Hall
- Input data onto Care & Clinical, our care management system

Integral to Middleton Hall, our teams work to support resident and Co-owner welfare through offering and encouraging participation in an array of activities.
