We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. We are currently have Day shifts available. If you have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
- Experience in using the Person Centred Software (PCS) computer system is preferred but not essential – full training will be given.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
