Pro-Form Physio & Fitness is a growing private MSK physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in Bexleyheath, Kent.
We combine high quality hands on physiotherapy with progressive exercise rehabilitation and are looking for an MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in a permanent employed role.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of self-funding and insured MSK patients.
A confident hands-on approach is essential to our clinic model. You should be comfortable using a variety of manual therapy techniques alongside progressive exercise rehabilitation.
The role includes:
- MSK assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Hands-on/manual therapy
- Exercise prescription and progressive rehabilitation
- Patient education and advice
- High-quality clinical documentation
- Contribution to clinic and service development
Working Pattern
35–37 paid hours per week across Monday–Friday, with a mixture of earlier and later shifts. Some evening availability will be required.
There is no contractual weekend working.
Protected paid administration and CPD time is built into the working week, with the option to complete some agreed non-clinical work remotely where appropriate.
We understand that work life balance matters and are open to discussing how the 35–37 hours are structured across the working week, while ensuring the clinic’s patient coverage requirements are met.

Essential:
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered and CSP member
- Minimum 1 year UK MSK experience
- Strong MSK assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Confident with hands-on treatment and a variety of manual therapy techniques
- Strong exercise rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communication and patient management
- Professional, reliable and organised
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
Additional experience or qualifications in UK private practice, acupuncture/dry needling, sports massage, Pilates, strength & conditioning, shockwave therapy or other MSK specialisms would be advantageous.

Please consider your commute carefully before applying.
We are located between Bexleyheath and Abbey Wood stations, approximately 5–10 minutes by car/taxi or around a 30-minute walk from either station. Direct public transport is limited to one main bus service.
The role is therefore particularly suited to someone who lives locally, drives or has a reliable commute of ideally no more than approximately 45 minutes.
As we’re looking for someone to join us long term, having a realistic and sustainable commute is important.
Newly Qualified Physiotherapists
While this role is primarily aimed at clinicians with existing UK MSK experience, exceptional newly qualified physiotherapists with strong MSK placement experience, good clinical foundations and a clear commitment to developing within MSK may also be considered.
An alternative starting salary may apply to newly qualified candidates, with structured clinical development and performance-based progression into the main salary band.
Start date: Flexible for the right candidate.
