- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars effectively
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting the team with general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordering replacements when necessary
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
