We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-focused member to join the team at STRONG Pilates Birmingham on Cornwall Street (Birmingham) as the Senior Front of House to assist with covering the morning shift on a part time basis
As the leader of the Front of House team you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for our members, managing member enquiries, be responsible for membership sales and representing the STRONG brand with pride.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members, creating a warm and professional first impression
- Helping with sales and meeting monthly targets.
- Manage bookings and memberships through our studio portal.
- Help with membership enquiries, sales, and class sign-ups.
- Proactively manage all leads on our CRM platform.
- Maintain a clean, organised reception/studio and bathroom area for premium customer experience.
- Support instructors and management with class transitions and studio flow
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with care and professionalism
- Promote upcoming classes, events, and community activations
- Embody the STRONG Pilates ethos “Pilates inspired, cardio infused.”
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or fitness reception needed
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
- Sales experience is desired
- Strong communication skills and confident with people
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital systems and willing to learn our system.
- Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings and some weekends)
