We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various trades. Responsibilities
- Carry out construction painting to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces from environmental damage
- Conduct plumbing work including pipe repairs, fixture installations, and leak detection to ensure proper water flow and sanitation
- Engage in masonry activities such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing for durable structural elements
- Assist with electrical tasks by installing wiring, outlets, switches, and troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades including plumbing, masonry, electrical work, or construction painting
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers, and wrenches
- Proficient with power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and welders for various fabrication tasks
- Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings or blueprints to execute precise work
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites and maintenance environments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions across different trades
- Strong physical stamina with the capability to perform manual labor in diverse weather conditions
