We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Front of House (FOH) Staff – All Levels to join our team at YORI Cambridge, part of a fast-growing restaurant group with over 10 branches across the UK. We are well known for delivering an authentic traditional Korean dining experience.
Our teams are friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic, and we pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable service with warm and personable hospitality.
What we expect from our FOH team members:
- Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support daily restaurant operations including opening and closing duties when required
- Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work weekdays and weekends
- Fluent English communication skills
- Passionate about food and customer service
- Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience
- Hands-on attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Ensure the restaurant maintains company standards for food hygiene and cleanliness
- Complete any other duties assigned by managers
Salary:
Hourly pay will be offered in line with UK National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage depending on age and experience:
- Age 21 and over: from £12.71 per hour
- Age 18–20: from £10.85 per hour
- Under 18: from £8.00 per hour
(Service charge / tips may be available depending on store performance.)
