Salary: Point 32 – £32,165
Hours: Full time (36.25 hours)
Location: Flexible (minimum of 2 days/week at our Galashiels office)
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join our South Services team as the Assistant Service Manager for the Scottish Borders Community Mental Health Team. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of our community mental health and wellbeing services.
You should have experience in;
- providing leadership and management within services
- staff development and supervision
- supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing
- working as part of a team
- meeting service KPIs
- data analysis and preparing data for reporting.
