About the Role
BenAstro Group is seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Registered Manager to lead and grow our domiciliary care service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of managing high-quality care services while developing relationships with private clients and bringing in new business.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is target-driven, proactive, and passionate about growing a successful care business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase private client referrals.
- Promote the company's services through networking and business development activities.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
- Recruit, lead, and support a high-performing care team.
- Maintain excellent standards of care and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business growth targets.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to generate new business and secure private care clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on growth and results.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
