Leeds | £35,000 to £50,000 | Office Based or Hybrid Working
You probably don't need another job advert telling you that conveyancing is “fast paced”. You already know that.
What you may want is a role where being good at your job does not automatically mean being rewarded with more files, more calls and more pressure.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established Leeds team, with the choice of office based or hybrid working and the autonomy to manage your own caseload without feeling like you are doing everything on your own.
What Your Week Could Look Like
You will manage your own Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Other general residential property transactions
You will have ownership of your files and direct contact with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
The difference is that you will be joining a team where you can ask a question, discuss a difficult file and actually feel part of the department rather than simply being handed another caseload.
Is This You?
You will need at least 4 years' Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience and be confident managing your own files independently.
You could be a:
- Residential Conveyancer
- Conveyancing Solicitor
- Licensed Conveyancer
- CILEX professional
- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
Qualification is welcome, but strong practical experience is just as important.
