Responsibilities

- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Uphold health and safety policies in compliance with legal requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising a busy kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary expertise with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience in menu creation, food production, and cost control measures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable
