We are seeking a kitchen assistant/cook to join our team. The position will suit someone with a passion for home cooked, seasonal food with an interest in developing an exciting menu and maintaining a popular wholesome food offering. Opportunity to grow and develop with the role for the right candidate. Experience of catering kitchens would be an advantage but not a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cooking and serving customers. Saturdays include serving customers breakfast, then following with lunch service.
Maintaining the kitchen equipment and the cleanliness of the equipment.
Being part of private functions.
Maintaining and monitoring daily records (Temperature records, cleaning checklist, opening and closing guidelines) in line with EHO inspection standards.
Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times.
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Job Types: Part-time, full time Permanent
Salary: Dependant on experience

Monday to Thursday 7am - 8:45pm, Friday 7am - 3pm, Saturday 7am - 3pm, Sunday 9am - 3pm.
Working hours:
Varied shifts, no set pattern. Rotas posted 3-4 weeks in advance.
