A Day in the Life...
As a Team Leader you will manage shifts during the day overseeing all aspects of the Pizza Hut Delivery operational business - you will work with the manager to create a culture to be proud of, coaching, supporting, motivating and engaging all employees and with the additional opportunity to lead future management training and development and deputising for the manager.
Expect a role that'll stretch you every day but with lots of potential to progress further.
Required Experience
You'll have shown you can supervise others and deliver results in a branded fast-paced environment, preferably with a passion for training & development. Perhaps you're in the food services industry already. Maybe you're in retail. Whatever applies, you'll have the operational experience and leadership credentials to take on this exciting challenge.
Previous experience of the following brands would be advantageous but not essential: KFC, Papa Johns, Dominos, Starbucks, Costa, McDonalds.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- Previous experience of managing a diverse team
- Experience of managing branded operations (at Team Leader level or equivalent)
- Commercial Awareness
- Understanding of P&L
- Demonstrate strong Sales Focus
- Coaching a team
- Strong Communication skills, at all levels
- Presentation Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
